The Council for Quality Assurance in General and Further Education and Training (CQAGFET) is a statutory body established under the Eswatini Education Act of 2012 to oversee quality assurance across general and further education and training sectors in Eswatini. Headquartered in Mbabane, it accredits institutions, validates qualifications, and monitors standards for public and private providers delivering post-basic education and vocational training. CQAGFET works closely with the Ministry of Education and Training and the Swaziland Qualifications Authority (now part of the Eswatini National Qualifications Framework implementation). Its mandate explicitly covers all regions of Eswatini, including Hhohho, Manzini, Shiselweni, and Lubombo.
