ADMIN CLEANER – Logico 40 views

Key Responsibilities

• Clean meeting rooms, offices and boardroom to include dusting tables, clearing bins, cleaning chairs, wiping down picture frames, cleaning blinds, windows and doors, removing cobwebs and vacuuming the carpets.
• Clean reception area, ensuring floors are mopped and surfaces dusted frequently and consistently.
• Ensure toilets and urinals are always clean, to include emptying bins, cleaning mirrors, removing cobwebs.
• Replenish consumables in toilets and kitchen to include toilet paper, dishwashing soap, teas and related supplies.
• Ensure kitchen is clean, to include washing utensils, wiping down surfaces, cleaning fridge and emptying bins.
• Serve refreshments as required.
• Maintain record of cleaning supplies and other consumables, replenishing as required and facilitating restocking as required.
• Perform any other duties as may be reasonably assigned.

Requirements

• Grade 12
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English & Siswati
• 2 years’ previous experience cleaning in a professional environment
• Experience in use of industrial chemicals and cleaning machinery
• Must own a smart phone
• Good planning and task scheduling.
• The ability to work as part of a team
• Proactive with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated reliability
