The CFO will provide strategic financial leadership and fiduciary oversight to ensure ENPC’s long-term financial sustainability, compliance, and value creation. The role is responsible for guiding financial strategy, safeguarding organisational assets, maintaining the integrity of financial reporting, and overseeing the Finance, Human Resources and Information Technology (IT) functions, while supporting the achievement of ENPC’s strategic objectives.

Requirements
- Strong financial acumen and strategic leadership capability.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to lead change and build high-performing teams.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills, including executive and Board reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Sound knowledge of cost governance, budgeting, and management information systems (MIS).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from an accredited institution.
- Professional qualification and membership with CIMA, ACA, or ACCA.
- Registered with the Eswatini Institute of Accountants.
- Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience in a management role.
- Proven experience in financial strategy, governance, risk management, and leadership.
- Experience in oil and gas, energy, public enterprise, or capital-intensive environments will be an added advantage.
