Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage the on-site construction activities daily.
- Efficiently allocate resources including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain routine communication of project goals, expectations, and timelines to the construction crews.
- Ensure the safety and efficiency of all operations on the job site.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on supervisory roles.
- Also, must have a diploma in Building studies/civil engineering or any relevant qualification
- Competency in directing and managing construction projects.
- Thorough knowledge and expertise in resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively relay project goals, expectations, and timelines to construction crews.
- Valid construction safety certificate.
- Ability to work under pressure and make timely decisions.
- Able to physically work on site. This role is not remote.
