Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and systems aligned with organisational objectives and governance frameworks.
- Drive wage bill reduction initiatives through job evaluations, restructuring, skills audits, and workforce optimisation.
- Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with budget controls.
- Manage Industrial Relations, including engagement with labour unions, dispute resolution, and disciplinary processes.
- Establish and implement staff wellness programs to enhance employee morale, productivity, and organisational culture.
- Implement and manage a performance management system across all departments.
- Oversee fleet and transport management, including policy development, scheduling, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Manage facilities, maintenance, safety, and SHEQ compliance to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Strengthen governance, compliance, and adherence to labour laws, the Broadcasting Act 2023, and ESCCOM regulations.
- Lead the modernization of registry and HR systems, including implementation of digital records management (EDRMS).
- Ensure transparent and compliant recruitment, promotion, and talent management processes.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and Business Development to align corporate services with organisational performance and sustainability.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Corporate Services staff, fostering professionalism, accountability, and innovation.
- Support organisational change management initiatives aligned with the turnaround strategy.

- Labour laws and HR governance frameworks; compliance with Eswatini and regional standards.
- Broadcasting Act 2023 & ESCCOM regulations; implications for HR and corporate services.
- Fleet management systems; policies and technologies for cost-effective transport operations.
- Organisational development practices; restructuring, change management, and performance systems.

- Master’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or Organisational Development.
- Professional certifications (e.g., IPM Diploma, Chartered HR Practitioner, SHEQ certification) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 7-10 years’ relevant experience in HR, corporate services, or organisational management.
- At least 3-5 years’ experience at senior management level.
- Proven track record in organisational restructuring, wage bill management, and compliance.
- Experience in fleet management, facilities oversight, and SHEQ implementation.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, including unions and regulators.
