Key Responsibilities
- Process financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts receivable data.
- Gain proficiency in MS Office Excel and accounting software.
- Support the management of remittances and claims, and track invoices by navigating Key Account vendor portals.
- Verify and validate claims made off payment (rebates, discounts, and chargebacks) in compliance with trading terms.
- Assist with management of ageing analysis, following up on overdue balances, and resolving customer queries to minimize outstanding debt.
- Prepare weekly overdue reports and monthly account reconciliations.
- Perform any other duties as may be reasonably assigned.
