Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Repairs: Troubleshoot, Diagnose, and repair a wide range of office equipment, including multi-function printers (MFPs), digital copiers, and fax machines.
- Installation: Safely deliver, Install, and network new printing machines at client sites.
- Network Connectivity: Configure printers on client networks, set up IP addresses, download drivers and provide client training
- Service & Preventative Maintenance: Perform regular printer service and preventative maintenance
Requirements
- Diploma or above in digital electronics
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in electro-mechanical repairs and maintenance of office equipment
- Strong understanding of IT fundamentals, Local Area Networks (LAN), and printer-to-pc connectivity
- Ability to read technical schematics, interpret error codes, and develop creative solution for unusual hardware faults.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and courteously with clients and team members
- A valid driver’s license with no criminal record
