Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reception and front-office activities, including answering calls, assisting visitors and walk-in clients, responding to basic enquiries, directing clients to appropriate service points, and capturing patient information
  • Enter and maintain client data
  • Check records for errors and inconsistencies
  • Support the M&E Manager with data verification and reports
  • Identify patients requiring follow-up
  • Maintain patient confidentiality

Requirements

  • Diploma in quantitative science or a related field
  • Relevant computing or information-processing certification
  • Secretarial training
  • Proven data-capturing experience
  • At least two years of relevant experience in a medical environment will be an added advantage
