Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and neatness of school grounds and outdoor areas.
- Cut grass, trim hedges, and maintain safety standards.
- Plant and care for flowers, trees, and shrubs.
- Operate and maintain gardening and landscaping equipment.
- Ensure pathways, playgrounds, and outdoor facilities are safe and clean.
- Assist with preparation of school grounds for events and activities.
- Report maintenance and safety concerns to management.
- Support general maintenance duties when required.
Requirements
- A minimum of Form 5 or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance, gardening, landscaping, or a similar role will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of the use and maintenance of gardening tools and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- High level of discipline, responsibility, and professionalism.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain safety standards.
- Keen attention to detail and pride in maintaining a neat environment.
