Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive organizational impact measurement framework.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Public Health, International Development, Social Research, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) or Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) systems.
- Experience designing and implementing surveys and field research.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills.
- Experience managing datasets and conducting statistical analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to transform complex findings into practical recommendations.
- Experience working in Sub-Saharan Africa preferred.
- Experience within international NGOs, development organizations, research institutions, or donor-funded programs.
- Proficiency with statistical software such as R, Stata, SPSS, Python, or similar tools.
