Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical workshops across topics in Public Relations, Corporate Communication, Strategic Communication and Media Studies.
  • Contribute to the design, review, and updating of module outlines, learning materials, and practical coursework in line with ESHEC standards and industry trends.
  • Supervise student research projects, practical campaigns, portfolio builds, and industry capstone assignments.
  • Formulate, grade, and moderate continuous assessment tasks (assignments, tests, presentations) and final examination papers according to university academic standards.
  • Facilitate industry-integrated learning opportunities, guest lectures, corporate collaborations, and real-world brand campaigns.
  • Attend departmental meetings, manage student attendance records, participate in quality assurance audits, and assist in school promotional activities.

Requirements

  • A Master’s Degree in Public Relations, Corporate Communication, Strategic Communication, Media Studies, or an equivalent higher education credential and a bachelor’s degree in a matching or closely related field.
