  • Technical Instruction: Facilitate specialized training in commercial video production, advanced cinematography (lighting & camera operations), video editing, motion graphics, and Visual Effects (VFX).
  • Resource Curation: Integrate cutting-edge multimedia assets and industry-standard pedagogical resources to keep learning contemporary.
  • Quality Assurance: Assess, and systematically document student academic progress and portfolio iterations, ensuring compliance with institutional benchmarks.
  • Industry Alignment: Bridge the gap between academia and commerce by training students to build market-ready digital portfolios, capstone design projects, and high-impact showreels.
  • Institutional Engagement: Contribute actively to departmental meetings, curriculum reviews, student mentorship programs, and institutional projects as directed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Multimedia or Digital Media Design.
  • Verified qualification by the Eswatini Qualifications Authority (EQA).
  • A Master’s Degree in Multimedia, Digital Arts, or a related field will be an added advantage.
