- Lecturer semester 1 -5.
- Lecturing Food Preparation, Food and Beverage Services, Nutrition, Introduction to Hospitality Management.
- Preparing module outlines and timetables for each semester; preparing briefs with clear objectives, assessment criteria.
- Deadlines and schedules and expected outcomes.
- Conduct practical demonstratins and lectures.
- Organising workshops and guest lectures for both students and stuff.
- Maintain accurate academic records and comply with reporting requirements.
- Uphold the values, policies, and strategic objectives of the University.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management.
- Verified qualification by the Eswatini Qualifications Authority (EQA).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Beverage Management.
- Diploma in Culinary Arts would be an added advantage.
- Diploma in Teaching will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years industry work experience.
