  • Lecturing Food Preparation, Food and Beverage Services, Nutrition, Introduction to Hospitality Management.
  • Preparing module outlines and timetables for each semester; preparing briefs with clear objectives, assessment criteria.
  • Deadlines and schedules and expected outcomes.
  • Conduct practical demonstratins and lectures.
  • Organising workshops and guest lectures for both students and stuff.
  • Maintain accurate academic records and comply with reporting requirements.
  • Uphold the values, policies, and strategic objectives of the University.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management.
  • Verified qualification by the Eswatini Qualifications Authority (EQA).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Beverage Management.
  • Diploma in Culinary Arts would be an added advantage.
