Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial performance reports.
- Develop and maintain costing models and pricing structures.
- Conduct cost and variance analyses and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
- Prepare financial forecasts, business cases and feasibility studies.
- Support financial systems improvements and ensure compliance with policies and internal controls.
- Perform other duties assigned by the CFO.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting or related field.
- Registered member of the Eswatini Institute of Accountants (EIA).
- At least 5 years’ relevant accounting experience, including 3 years in management accounting, budgeting, costing or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical, financial modelling and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP financial systems experience.
- ACCA or CIMA qualification and healthcare/public sector experience will be an added advantage.
