Key Responsibilities
- Mobilize and motivate farmers and potential farmers to participate in NAMBoard’s Farmer Development Programme.
- Enrol farmers through formal agreements and ensure active engagement throughout the production cycle.
- Provide technical advice aligned with market requirements – including product selection, specifications, varieties, planting schedules, and profitability analysis.
- Train farmers on production methodologies, pest and disease management, irrigation, harvesting, post-harvest handling, and quality assurance.
- Collect and relay production data, expected yields, and farmer locations to the market.
- Disseminate market-related information to farmers such as price trends, production innovations, and consumer demand shifts.

Requirements
- BSc Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, Extension or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Agricultural Extension or related field.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain productive relationships with farmers and stakeholders.
