Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, networks, workstations, and business systems.
- Administer core insurance administration systems and support the accuracy of member, policy, and premium data.
- Maintain cybersecurity controls, data backups, and the confidentiality of policyholder information.
- Provide first-line technical support to staff and manage IT vendors, assets, and licensing.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote ABRCA’s micro-insurance products.
- Manage social media platforms, website content, and online campaigns.

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in IT support, systems, or network administration.
- Demonstrable practical experience in marketing, communications, or promotional material design, supported by a portfolio of work.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, and competence in managing social media and website content.
- Confident presentation skills, with the ability to explain products in plain language to members; fluency in siSwati and English.
- A qualification in Marketing or Communications, sector experience in insurance or financial services, and a valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage.
