Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in knowledge management, communications, or learning roles, with demonstrated experience in developing and implementing institutional knowledge management and strategic communications strategies, preferably for government institutions, international development organizations or public sector agencies
- Proven experience in designing and facilitating knowledge management systems, frameworks and governance arrangements that promote learning, knowledge capture, and knowledge sharing
- Proven expertise and application of digital knowledge management systems and platforms, including document management systems, knowledge repositories, collaboration platforms, and other digital tools that support organizational learning and information sharing
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and consensus building skills, with demonstrated experience leading consultative workshops, interviews, focus group discussions, and validation processes involving senior government officials and stakeholder groups
- Demonstrated experience in the development of knowledge management and communication products
