Key Responsibilities

  • Teach IGCSE and IBDP Physics and Lower School Science
  • Work with colleagues in the Science Department to continually improve and align pedagogical approaches
  • Contribute to student growth outside the classroom by supervising a community service activity, club and/or an extra-curricular activity
  • Serve as Tutor to 12 students
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people at the College

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Physics
  • Professional teaching qualification e.g. PGCE
  • At least 3 years teaching IBDP Physics and/or A-Level Physics
  • Experience teaching ESS would be an added advantage
