Key Responsibilities
- Request for quotations for each requisition raised by different departments of the institution.
- Evaluation of bids, preparing bid analysis which will then be reviewed by the head of procurement before approval.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with hospital policies and relevant regulations
- Conduct thorough tender evaluations to select the best vendors
- Expediencing outstanding PO’s, Report/feedback to suppliers and all stakeholders on stock variances, damages, factory faults, expiries, and outstanding balances.
- Daily Report on stores ordered but not delivered items.
- Maintaining records of all purchases.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain. Three (3) years minimum of related work experience. Clinical experience will be an added advantage.
