  • Implementation and maintenance of customer relationships through continuous communication, i.e. credit and 24/5 telephonic notification of refund
  • Customers of late deliveries
  • Implement market shopper strategy and support launches on new product/innovations to ensure point of sales excellence
  • Attend and participate in the weekly Inforcoms to ensure alignment to Milling team strategy and report on actuals against plan.

Requirements

  • Form 5 certificate or equivalent
  • Sales and Marketing or equivalent qualification
  • 2 – 3 years’ sales experience in an FMCG environment – Essential
  • 1 year supervision experience – Desirable
  • 1 – 2 years’ previous working experience dealing with customers – Essential
  • 2 years’ valid driver’s license – Live
