We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Safety Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) standards, fostering a culture of safety, and minimizing risks across all operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop safety policies and implement OHS programs.
- Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures.
- Lead safety training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.

- Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with HR and management to promote workplace safety culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
- Valid competency certificates and registration as a Safety Officer.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of OHS regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
