Key Responsibilities
- Core system administration & period processing: Provide first-line technical support for all MFS platforms; manage helpdesk tickets; coordinate and execute EOD, EOM, and EOY processes; deliver daily and monthly reports.
- Disaster recovery & backups: Perform regular backups, archiving, and restores to the DR site; ensure reliable recovery procedures.
- Project implementation & readiness: Support technical tasks for group-wide rollouts; ensure system/data readiness, facilitate UAT, and obtain formal user sign-off.
- User administration and training: Administer user access (IDs, passwords, profiles) in line with authorised requests, provide on-site and phone support, and deliver user training on platform updates.
- Reporting & custom development: Produce routine management reports; design and deploy custom reports as business needs evolve.
- Server and database management: Maintain server health and operations; perform database housekeeping (purging, archiving, optimisation) to maximise performance and storage.
- Information security and confidentiality: Maintain authorisation levels, enforce security policies, and uphold statutory banking secrecy and data privacy requirements.

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related IT qualifications.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Systems, Application support, Infrastructure & ICT.
