  • Sampling and analyzing the measurements on the first 5 pieces
  • Supervising the assembling of cut panels to a full garment

Requirements

  • Form 5
  • Certificate in Supervisory Management
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supervisory role
  • Knowledgeable on operations at least 8 sewing machines an added advantage
  • Good sewing and line feeding knowledge (technical knowledge)
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written & spoken)
  • Good interpersonal skills, numerical literacy, coaching and mentoring tactics
