Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure technical materials, equipment, spare parts, tools, and services in accordance with company requirements.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from approved and potential suppliers.
- Ensure timely processing of procurement requests.
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm prices, availability, specifications, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier information, quotations, and purchase orders.
- Work closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, Stores, and other relevant departments to understand technical requirements.
