Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the farm, including planning, planting, irrigation, crop maintenance, and harvesting.
- Manage the production of bananas and other high-value crops to ensure optimal yield and quality.
- Supervise farm employees and coordinate labour requirements effectively.
- Monitor pest and disease control measures and implement appropriate interventions.

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, Farm Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience in farm management, preferably in banana production and/or high-value crop farming.
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, crop husbandry, pest and disease management, and farm operations.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Good financial, planning, and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a dynamic farming environment.
- A valid driver’s licence is mandatory.
