- Lead and direct the retail, personal, and private banking strategy aligned with the bank’s overall corporate and financial strategy.

- Degree in Business Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or relevant field of study.
- Masters in Business Administration, Banking Business Leadership or relevant field of study.
- A minimum of 10 – 15 years of significant consumer sales and service experience within the banking/financial services sector, with at least 7 years in a managerial role.
- Extensive knowledge and exposure in developing and executing value propositions across the customer value chain that work for customers and reap rewarding working examples, with specific experience in the Eswatini market.
